Upon arrival please show your BUCS UNIversal membership on the BUCS Play app to our staff members who will authorise your Lboro Sport account with FREE booking access. Please ensure you have created a PAYG account prior to arrival, and to speed up the process, please email HolywellFitnessCentre@lboro.ac.uk as soon as you have created your account to request your BUCS access. Once approved download the Loughborough sport app to book your gym sessions prior to attending the facility. Please note each session is limited to 90 minutes. UNIversal Gym members from other Universities may use Holywell Fitness Centre gym in vacation time only; if you wish to access any other sports facility on the Loughborough University campus, your access will be chargeable and not covered by the BUCS UNIversal scheme. Please note, we do not accept visitors on the BUCS UNIversal Gym Membership scheme from Nottingham University, Nottingham Trent University, University of Derby, University of Leicester and De Montfort University; we hope you understand this is due to the close proximity of these Universities to us and the capacity challenges we have with our facilities.
